My question involves real estate located in the State of: New Jersey. The Neighbor Next to Me is a corner property. The owner applied for a use variance to change zoning to neighborhood commercial from residential. The plot plan they supplied to the zoning department is different from the tax map. The deed they supplied also matches their plot plan.
Our deed matches the tax map. Our survey when the highway was built next door matches the tax map also.
He is showing 18 more feet of frontage. Long story short his Dimensions would wipe out our driveway which is next to his property.
Does anyone have an idea why it could show this difference? and what should we do about it? we also don't want this building built next door.
