My question involves real estate located New Jersey
Neighbor Next Door on the corner applied to the zoning board for a use variance changing from residential to Neighborhood commercial. His deed and his plot plan match but they do not match the tax map dimensions.
Our deed and survey from when the highway took property from the front match the tax map.
Long story short it is a difference of about 18 ft which would wipe out our driveway. The boundary discrepancy is the frontage.
I emailed the planner to ask and he said it was scale dimensions. Any ideas what the discrepancy could be? He hasn't replied back to my email yet. Just a note and several other neighbors are opposing this project at the zoning board meeting we don't want it.
