My question involves civil rights in the State of: Not sure if this is the right place but i have a question. I received a ticket for obstructing justice when i got stopped by a cop for walking down the highway and he asked if i was at a party that got busted and i said no when he says in fact i was. It is in the state of Montana Was not drinking so no ticket for that
