Ownership Rights: Ex Claiming Property but Has Been Off of My Lease

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Texas - Bexar county to be exact.

Me and my ex were together for 3.5 years. living together and leasing a house together for 2.5 of those years (both names were on the leasing agreement) - during us living together we bought and acquired many things between the both of us - TV, couch, bike, a table. All of these items/the costs were split between the both of us - and the table was actually a gift from his sister to me when we moved in. In November of 2016 I decided that we needed to separate. He signed his new lease at his own apartment on December 19th 2016. He was still on my lease at my house in the meantime. On January 25th 2017 I called my leasing company and they were able to draw up a paper stating that he would be released from all financial responsibilities at my property, making me the only one on the lease - I signed the document on January 25th 2017. He signed this document on February 6th of 2017. We tried to remain civil up into February (02/14/2017 to be exact) but we could not do so, so I cut off all contact and moved on with my life. I had his mail forwarded to his new address, had my locks changed in case he had a separate key, had my garage reprogrammed. I wouldn't accept any calls. Responded to no texts - complete no contact. He has continued to call and text daily, coming by my house constantly - harassing so to speak. (I have filed for a protective order on him - its pending with the DA as of today). He recently found out that I have been involved with someone else and now is trying to say he wants everything we acquired together back. The texts went from "I love you and cant live without you" to "since you've moved on I want all "my" stuff back asap or i'm going to take you to court". These things are not his per say because we both split the items. He left back in February and said he wanted nothing else and had everything he wanted from my place - hence why he signed off on removing himself from my lease/housing paperwork and gave up all rights to my property.

Sooo what rights (if any) does he have to this property? He has been off my lease well over 30 days and had made no attempt to try to "claim" anything in my house until he found out that I had moved on - then got jealous. I am left to assume that he would have to sue me for the monetary value of the items and I would have to prove in small claims court that WE purchased these items as opposed to HIM purchasing these items. He has brought cops to my residence to try to collect said items and I wasn't home so nothing was done - the next day is when I filed for the protective order against him (he has 2 harassment reports on him already for being outside of my home and not wanting to leave). He has texted me since saying that he is "filing multiple police reports" on me. What for - i am not sure ?? I am not breaking any laws that I know by having those things we jointly purchased at my home - or am I ?

I am just wanting to know what I should do to further protect myself and/or my items? What are my options or what are his options so I possibly can know what to expect going forward. I DO NOT want to give up any items that we split together just because he "says" I should or "feels" they are his and without going to court or being served/sued, I will not.
