My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Arizona
We paid cash for a car at a dealership in Arizona in November 2016. As of now (4/4/2016) we still don't have the title. We had to put the car in storage in Arizona because it can not be registered without the title. We have filed complaints with Arizona's Attorney General, BBB, and MVD. We asked the Dealer for a refund and he wants to charge us a rental fee. This was a 4,000 dollar car. Can't afford a law suit for that amount of money.
