My question involves criminal law for the state of: FL
I was surprised to learn this, but you must register as a convicted felon in Florida and this includes even cases where adjudication was withheld, and where the conviction occurred in other states. The statute states that you must register within 48 hours of entering any county in Florida. Does this mean if I travel for vacation in Florida, that I must register when I arrive? And does anyone know how seriously this law is enforced?
Thank you
