My question involves malpractice in the state of: Massachusetts
I hired out of state lawyers that were great, but in Massachusetts I got one bad lawyer after the otherto the tune of 5 total. The first was a joke and his sesecretary even ripped me off. The second made matters worst for me when the R.M.V. was trying to give me my license back......he blew it at sabotage proportions with his foul mouth and stupidity and was fired. The 3rd one literally lied to me and lead me to believe he was in Mass in January and took money out of my credit card without my consent and come to find out he was in Florida for the winter. Never did anything and never got a penny back due to my 4thlawyer not doing anything.....anything but blowing my license in front of the R.M.V. board hearing when they too were trying to give me my license back. His lack of concern and pride screwed me as I begged him to go back into the hearing and just get my license as they were offering. His comment. ...." he doesnt have a leg to stand on " (the guy that was contesting my getting my license back that wouldnt stop causing such a scene) The following day I got a call and it was now " I think the other guy was right.....I think I misread the law " I about had come unglued after spending $10,000.00 of $1000's of dollars on lawyers over a 6 year period to have this lawyer cost me my license with this crap. Then it was a 2 1/2 year wait to get into Superior Court to sue the R.M.V. and I was still handing money to him and doing work on his house. All for nothing. The damage these two idiot lawyers had done by continually fouling up and as time went on. They had changed the law 3 times and retroactively the laws now applied to me even when my suspension was up due to these fumbling idiots. The 4th lawyer was the worst. Because not only did he cost me my license. He also never put liens on houses as he said he wouldfor money I had been owed, jumped onboard an iindictment of a real estate agent that ripped me off and got indicted on 6 other counts withnothers.....he did nothing with $44,000.00 that was owed to me he said he would do something, put me in default in court...never submitted evidence or witness testimony to the A.D.A......was hours and hours late 2-3 times to court in addition to his defaulting me. I hired a new 5 lawyer I didnt want to hire. But my friend insisted it was a mix-up. This 5th lawyer would have been my 4th lawyer.....but he went behind my back and called my past lawyer as I had told him not to.....he cost me with the 3rd lawyer as the colluded and screwed me out of $2000.00. Now the 4th lawyer has done nothing but negative stuff so I go back to the other guy. I told him not to go against my word again and I didnt want him contacting any of my old lawyers.I also asked him if the 4th lawyer could legally call the police on me. He said if he was a piece of 'dung ' he would. I then told him not to put in for the paperwork from him until I called the 4 th lawyer and let him down easy to let him go. And the new lawyer agreed he wouldnt call the guy but " we just send them a nice letter" and once again this backstabbing weasel goes against what I said.Then calls this 4th lawyer ( and know he did the second one too during this time ) like he had done a few years before with the 3 rd lawyer and sstabbed me in the back. Then the 4th lawyer calls the police on me to get me for driving on a suspended license (did over a months worthnof work on his house and he watched me drive there everyday when he was getting money and work from me.....fire him though and he calls the police on me ) and they put me in jail for 60 days. All the while this new 5th lawyer is acting strangely on meall nervous. And then 3 weeks later I find out why he was all nervous. Because once again he went against what I said and called these lawyers and they all ccolluded and put me in jail.....and I paid him $2500 to put me in jail for 60 days.....and then pay the court another $2000 on top of that.
What do you do with weasels like this.....best part.....my license was suspended for D.U.I. from 20 years ago (no accident ..) and I have not drank in 20 years and they are still treating me like shit !
