My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
My boyfriend is currently out on bond for a charge dating back to last year. There was an incident and his name wasn't mentioned as having some sort of involvement in another crime. For about a month, he had detectives calling his cell phone asking him to come in for questioning. Per his lawyers counsel, he said to not go in. We kept checking the system online to see if he had a warrant and just last week, there was a warrant for him online. He had court the following week for his current charge. His lawyer went to court and they never mentioned anything about the warrants from what he said. We checked the system today, and there is nothing there anymore. And to confirm, we calls a bonds man.
My questions are:
What happened to the warrants?
Should he be concerned that they may still have a warrant out for him?
