My question involves court procedures for the state of: Georgia.
I was cited a too fast in conditions when the ticket itself says the traffic was light (which there wasn't any traffic around) road was dry, sunny. The cop did not clock me or anything. I was on a turn and the cop was pulling out of a neighborhood onto the road I was on, he said when I passed him I slowed down (which anyone would after passing a cop) someone please advice me how to fight this in court. I just don't understand how he could write me a ticket for that.
