My question involves personal property located in the State of: utah We own a piece of property that are neighbor has decided his cows should run on. We have caught him now pushing his cows through the gate and closing it but when confronted he just said that the cows crashed the fence and got in even though we sat up on a ridge and watched him do it. Is it legal to set a trail camera to catch him red handed on the gate?
