Divorce: How Do I Dissolve a Marriage Recorded with a Falsified Marriage License?

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Nevada. We obtained our Marriage License in Nevada then had our wedding in Dayton, Ohio. We live in Nevada, but my husband was working in Dayton at the time. The Pastor signed the Marriage Certificate and left it with us after the wedding. Only then did we realize that our Marriage License was only valid for wedding ceremonies that take place in the state of Nevada. We did not obtain a license in the state of Ohio before our wedding so my husband falsified the location of our wedding ceremony on the Marriage Certificate. He he put his home address in Nevada as the location of our wedding ceremony (instead of Ohio). He took it to the Recorder's Office, in Nevada and had it processed. Now we are getting a divorce. Or, is there even a marriage to dissolve. Would it be best to bring light to the invalidity of our Marriage Certificate?
