My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: California
Recently, I was on Main Street in Seal Beach. My husband backed our car into a slanted parking spot so our bumper was facing the curb. After 2 hours at the beach we come back to a parking t icket for not parking our car about face to the curb, having the front wheel more than 6" away from the curb. This isn't posted anywhere as a violation. I've never read this as a violation in the Driver Motor Vehicles policy book.
Do i have grounds to contest? Or am is there a parking policy that i'm simply unaware of??
