Violation of Fair Credit Report Act

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: MD

Hello.

I am late on my Sprint phone bill.

The company has been calling me to get me to pay my phone bill.

I sent an email to their customer service number Friday at 4pm to stop calling me trying to collect on the late account. The customer service sent the following email at 5pm

"
Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us. Our goal is to to help you find answers to all of your questions with the ultimate goal of ensuring you are completely satisfied. We would like to speak with you regarding your issue. When you are available, Please call at 877-864-6734. We are available 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM MST,Or if it is more convenient you can respond to this email.
"

Well Sprint then proceeded to call me from the same bill collecting number at 8pm Friday and 10am Saturday.

Have I nailed them for a violation of the fair credit act? Should I contact an attorney and collect my $1000?
