My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I received an automated red light camera ticket in California. I have contested this ticket via TBWD. I called the clerk this morning to ask about a time frame and she told me that the court has given the officer 30 days to write his declaration.
I was given 15 days.
In the spirit impartiality, shouldn't we be given the same amount of time?
