My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Arizona
My son and his wife are involved in a Divorce and Custody battle right now. My 4 year old grandson is with with his mom 50% of the time. She has moved her ex boyfriend into their marriage home, which my son still pays for. He is a Felon, who, a few years back, took her out to the desert, held a knife to her throat, and threatened to kill her. My son does have an attorney he is working with, but was wondering if anyone has been in a similar position. My son is very worried that this man has not changed and will try to do the same thing again and his son will be there when it happens, or worse, he will harm him too. Is there anything that can be done here for him to get permanent custody?
