What r the repo laws in South Dakota? I have a camper that I want to take to Sturgis. It's up for repo Bc the person I bought it from hasn't been making the payments that I've been paying him to the bank. I'm in the process of suing him but that's going to take time. I live in Ohio but I want to take my camper to Sturgis, SD. Here in Ohio they can't repo it if it's behind a locked gate which is where I'm keeping it till this is resolved in court. I wanted to know if it could b repoed in Sturgis?
