My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Wyoming. My step father had part ownership in a ranch with 5 other brothers. They are now drilling oil on the ranch. Me and my 2 half sisters have been notified that we will be getting paid money. How ever one of my half sisters went to probate and had the estate of my mother changed so that her and her full sister get 75 % of the estate. She did this without telling me. Is this legal?
