My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oklahoma
My mother (the childs great grandmother) has custody of my great nephew. She has had hime since he was 3 years old. He is now 10. My other is getting older and is having trouble taking care of him. I would like to have custody of him, but I live in Arkansas and she lives in Oklahome. The childs mother has not gone through her court ordered classes and drug tests, and his father just gor out of prison, but just went back to jail. His father will get out, but neither parent is capable of taking care of him. I plan to speak with his case worker, but I'm unsure if I can even get custody.
