Post-Conviction Relief: Pa Supreme Court Ruled Sorna Unconstitutional

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

Yesterday the PA supreme court ruled that SORNA could not be applied retroactively because it is punitive. How long will it likely take the state to start removing registrants from the registry? Will they do it on their own or will registrants need to contact the PSP to be removed?
