My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Missouri
Every week I go to this store called VStock to sell trading cards that I've traded and bought within the week. I use this as my main source of income because I am 18 and I do not have a job yet. I make around $1000 per month from this. Well today I went in to sell some cards when the owner approached and said that I was banned from the store and my friends will be too if they show up. I asked him why and I was told that one of his personal items were stolen last month and he thinks it was me because i'm the only person he's shown it to except some employees. I asked him if he had any proof of it being stolen by me and he said no. Then I asked him how can he just ban me from here and his response was that he could because hes an private establishment. Now I need help because without that store I will have no income and I feel like it was wrong to ban me over an assumption plus he drug my friends into it who barely come. Sorry about my grammar.
