Filing Petitions

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon

I'm in Arkansas custodial parent

Non custodial files petition for child support issue also visitation issue.
I find out about the petition yet I hadn't been served legally, or at all
I file my response and own petition, before my 30 days are up

Mean while, two weeks custodial parent finds my address from me responding to his petition )) I get served the original petition of which non custodial filed
( a month prior )

* I would have never know about the petition, glad my prior attorney gave me heads up..

I filed before my 30 days were up, from date he filed in court

Yet my petition/response I served on non custodial . custodial has not responded in the 30 days


((( I filed n responded before he located me to be served )))
My x attorney who is retired seen my name come across his computer.
He is off the record, but let me know there was a petition that needed my attention.

So I filed default of petition order
And order for default.
