My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Can a felon date and/or marry a Sherriffs deputy? My girlfriend doesn't want to lose her career. I have a felony from 2008 and am currently on probation. My PO doesn't have a problem with it, but she believes she will get fired for even associating with me. Help please!
