My question involves police conduct in the State of: Ohio
Prelude: We have a huge issue with a vindictive ex of mine and his entire immediate family. I reported the oldest sister, who lives with my son's father, for throwing my then 5 year old head first onto the grandmother's truck floor, causing bruises. This was november 1st 2016. Took him to his pediatrician immediately and reported to CPS. CPS could not make contact with the accused as they refused all calls and disappeared inside. Police were notified at the same time. I was told that they could not do anything about it unless CPS wanted to (They did), they did not interview my son and told me it was heresy because I was not there. This was in November and the sheriff never closed the case, but also did not arrest the aunt for the assault. All of it was strange. I am still trying to push them to follow through.
This Tuesday at 1205pm, my ex mother in law met my fiance and I at our exchange point. We have a well documented and lengthy issue with the same child (now 6) being dropped off to us in soiled clothing (CRUSTY, old, dry poo) every week. This time I stood right on her truck door so she could not take off. I asked if he had had any accidents between friday noon and right then. She said "no, not at all!". My fiance came back over to her vehicle with me because upon checking the boy on the spot, he did in fact have old poo in his underwear and stunk to high heavens as the case has been since summer started. We have her on video denying any knowledge of it and saying "bring it on" 3 times in a threatening manner after he stated that we were going to pursue custody and neglect charges. I immediately contacted cps to report this. There is already written history.
Here's the big deal. Immediately after I called CPS on her, she called the sheriffs department and filed a false report on my fiance for a "tittie twister" that he had alledgely done to my son. I have the report. I have the time stamped video. He was arrested and being held for 24 hrs until the court hearing. I have a photo of the bruise from that same day she reported it, which a nurse verified as older than stated in the report and she also checked all over the boy and did not find anything else. The grandmother is not a legal guardian nor did his father make any kind of complaint.
I am curious as to who else thinks this is suspicious in nature. Why wasn't the aunt arrested for the head injury, yet the fiance got arrested on the spot for an alledged tittie twister that they could not prove came from his actions and alledgely happened a week ago?
