My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia
I filed a lawsuit at the Magistrate Court and I just received a letter about the Defendant. It says "Sheriff's Entry of Service" at the top and there are different options at the bottom. "Nonest" was checked off and it says "Diligent search made and ____ not to be found in the jurisdiction of this court." BD6 4 Requires letter as well. What do i do now?
