Adverse Possession: Buit New House, Neighbors Shed on Our Property, Claiming Adverse Possession

My question involves real estate located in the State of: MA

We just moved into our brand new house this month, land has been surveyed twice, builder overlooked the neighbors shed on our property, the whole shed. We are getting ready to put fence up and found this out. The town has no permit that was pulled for this shed and they just built a new wood shed, also with no permit pulled ( town said they will address the new shed) ( this is a small rubber made, tilted and weed growing around it shed) Our builder went to let them know this and they are claiming this is now there property, as our land was just woods for many years. However the shed is not shown in photos taken by Google maps in 2012, so can they still claim this possession. We want the shed removed as it is an eye sore and after all it is our property which we are paying taxes on. They have been upset with us since we moved in. They pitched a fit when the cable company had to dig by their mailbox to bury the wire...spent 20 mins calling the town which the town told them they have rights for utilities and they still were not happy. Our builder is taking care of it legally as he oversaw this, but we are being told to send a certified letter to them asking them to remove the shed. We already know they will fight this till the end. Will we be able to obtain part of our property back or will they be able to keep the shed on our property that we are clearly paying on?
