My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: CO
How long does a family member have to sell property that belongs to both her and I? My mother died last year in April, and my mother put in her will that the property (house) is to be sold, and we are both to get half from the sale. This is my sister that has been living in the house that is to be sold, but hasn't moved on it yet. She's been living there now for over a year.:wallbang::wallbang:
Can someone please help and explain how long she has legally to move out and sell so we both can move on and get what our mother planned to leave us?
