Application & Eligibility: Can You Be SEC/FINRA Licensed With a Termination for Misuse of a Credit Card

My question involves a professional license in the state of:NY
I was fired under false pretense for using a company credit card for personal expenditure. I did have proof to the contrary but I did not file a lawsuit against the company.
