The street I live on is a dead end, only about 18 feet wide without curbs or sidewalks.
My neighbor chooses to park directly behind my driveway entrance only allowing me one half the road to enter and exit. This is obstructing my safe entry and exit causing me to come within inches of hitting his vehicle.I've asked them to move it several times and they refuse.
I've asked for local assistance from police and city without any help so I'm interested in hiring an attorney since it's affecting my entrance to my property and an ongoing nuisance for two years now.
