My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Tampa FL Hi I wanted to ask a question okay I have a sister who has her license but doesn't have any funds to purchase a vehicle. My mother has the funds but don't have any license. We are currently looking for a vehicle but my mother wanted to know if she purchase the car could she put her name on the title or can she put her name any where in regards to the vehicle where if my sister does something she is not suppose to and my mother have to take it she can I hope I have explained it well.
