My question involves a child custody case from the State of:
child has been coming into our home and randomly saying still mommy tells her we smack her and hit her and we dont like her. Mom even made a false report to CYS after he filed a motion due to concerns of allegations I posted on in another thread.
Is there anything we can do about it? Mom is a DCF employee and had people from her own agency come over take pictures and filed a report. She did not disclose to the CYS person in our county shes an employee in another county and she had a motion against herself less than 24 hrs before the concern.
Child.came to.us last night and randomly started saying how her step dad pinched her and caused a boo boo because she was too loud. He doesnt want to start and back and forth thing w CYS. What should we do? Start a journal?(is that even considered in court or is it deemed a biased POV)
