My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee .. I was just wondering if anyone knew if Sullivan County Tennessee will extradite west of the Mississippi over a felony VOP. I've heard a couple different things someone told me they will extradite from any state that ajoins the state of Tennessee .Then I've been told go West of the MS River. Also is it true that the County has to re-file (for a lack of a better term) the warrant every year? I'm sure there's no statute of limitations because you've been convicted but is it possible that after so many years they stop filing it with the NCIC
