My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: CA
So this was my first time buying a car. I didn't realize there was a transfer fee for the title. I bought the car june 17th 2016 and feb. 27th 2017. How much will the penalty fees be and is there any way around this? I bought the car as a project car so I haven't been driving it and I've been thinking about making it into a track day car so it may not to be street legal soon anyway, meaning I would be towing it to the racetrack and back.
