My question involves a parking citation from the state of: California
I have a notice from a third party collection agency stating I apparently owe $130 on an unpaid parking ticket from the city of Redondo Beach. I realize Statue of Limitations don't apply to the original citation as that was not a debt but rather a fine when issued, however, since this fine has been sold and now is consequently(?) a debt, does that mean that SOL applies in some manner, here?
