My question involves real estate located in the State of: Georgia
I have a rent to own contract on a property I own. The renter is an older lady with her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson living on the premesis. The mother is the one who signed the contract. She iis now in the hospital in a coma and not expected to make it. Will the contract pass to her heir or be null and void upon her death? Thanks.
