My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia
I am 15, ill be 16 in June. My brother is 7. We have the same mom and different dad. My mom hates me for reasons im not to sure of. Ive been told two different versions of why im in foster care. One is they took me and the other is she gave me up. She was physically and mentally abusive.
My brother is sadly still with her. My judge is saying he cant make her let me have visitation with him but there has to be a way. Is there anything I can do? Ill do anything, i basically raised him and i miss him so much.
