My question involves civil rights in the State of: Mississippi
Just a curious question. The FTCA does not cover such things as an intentional tort., e.g. abuse of process, liable, slander, assault, fraud, and two or three other injuries or torts.. The correct remedy for these torts are a suit against an individual Gov't employee if an allegation comes about as a a result of one of these wrongdoings. Likewise would these be considered violations of a constitutional right, and therefore NOT covered/ granting immunization to a rouge gov't employee under the Westfall Act?
