Got a letter from Verizon stating that my phone records for one specific day 3-1/2 years ago have been subpoenaed...It's for a civil case of MV bodily injury that happened in Sept. of 2016, i think..I don't know either the plantiff or defendant in the case..That is, I know their names, but no idea who they are..Why do they want phone records from 3 years ago for a case that happened a few months ago? Plus, those records are probably no longer available, but they will get my name? Any ideas?- thanks, T.
