I inherited a house & lot and a another parcel of land from my auntie who died in the Philippines. I am not interested in the said inheritance & wanted to file a quitclaim in favor of my nephew who lives there. Do I have to pay taxes on that property here? Do I need to declare that when I am not interested in those? Where should the quitclaim be processed? I am aUS citizen. Thanks.
