Traffic Lights, Signs and Controls: Issued a Red Light Camera Ticket for Somebody Else's Vehicle

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida.

I received a red light ticket in Boynton Beach Florida for a KIA SUV registered with PA plates. I have never owned a KIA, nor ever lived in PA. My name and old street address are listed on the ticket (it was forwarded to my current address I assume).

I have tried calling the Boynton Beach police department they keep on forwarding me to their "red light camera" department, which endlessly rings and goes to a voicemail. They won't return my voicemails. There is no option on the violation to state my case, I can fill out an affidavit naming someone else as the driver, or state check one of the pre-determined boxes of "why I ran the red light".

I am moving 4 hours away to a new town next week, and will not be able to make it to court to handle this in Boynton Beach. It is a $158 ticket, and I do not want to pay it, nor do I want to hire a lawyer. It seems like their system has messed up and mailed me someone else's ticket, and I am not guilty until proven innocent.

What do I do?
