Wedding venue refuses to refund money for a wedding that is being cancelled 8 months in advance. This is after they refused to give us a copy of our contract then say that we never signed a contract. The terms of the original agreement over the phone have changed. The only other scheduled appointment we had was cancelled early because the so-called assistant father became urgently sick. Now no one will return a phone call answer the phone or respond to emails. Is it even worth it to go after them for theft or fraud or anything?
