For the state of NY: my husband's ex was trespassing on our property and in anger he kicked her car door (damage may have been done beyond the scuff mark I saw). She filled out a police report but no charges were made on either side. If she decides to sue for the potential damage to her car, can we expect the court to rule in her favor?
