I've been getting different answers to this question, please advice - San Antonio, Texas
My ex-wife owes me money from the divorce from 2012 and has only paid $200 towards it, what's the statute of limitations for a AGREED DECREE OF DIVORCE??
The City of San Antonio tells me there is no statute of limitations, however I found this: There is a two year statute of limitations on the property division in chapter 9 of the family code, 4 years if it was an agreed decree. But if it is a true money judgment, it will only expire after ten years if you don't keep it alive by having a writ of execution issued
