Custody and Visitation Issues: How Can I Make Sure My Child is Safe

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

I know most women badmouth the men just because they are no longer together. But my issue is a bit different, we are still together but he has decided we no longer need to get married because I reported his mom and brother for: stalking, cyber stalking, threat to harm me, threat to kidnap my child, and threat to use a housekey they took to come into my home and take what his mom wanted of the babies.

We have a 3 month old premature daughter together. I was at the hospital every day she was in NICU, the father was not. One day he did come he brought his mom. Who then told the nurse that she was going in to make me come out, while I'm breastfeeding my child. She told the nurse she was more important than the mother. The day I gave birth she pushed her way into the maternity ward, told them I was too drugged up to care who was in there. Then proceeded to watch me give birth at the end of my bed. Expected to hold my daughter before me, tried to push past a nurse to take her as well.
The father is mentally, emotionally and verbally abusive towards me, more so since I reported his mom. I feel in fear of my life and my daughters life for his mom coming into "our" home. He constantly tells me that she refuses to come over here even if I'm visiting my family because I won't let her be near my daughter. She has threatened me with DCF/CPS because I am "keeping her girl" away from her. Also told me I need to leave and leave my daughter all while signing my rights to her.
The father has seen all the message, but continues to not believe what is going on. What can I do other than get away from him? I have no money until I start my work study job, and I am in school. I am terrified they can take my daughter away from me because I don't have a job.
