My question involves a child custody case from the State of: NJ
The NCP has a supervised visitation order (from 2013) that states "as agreed", NCP has supervised visitation 1x/week for 4 hours. The NCP has only visited with the child in the first 2 months of the order. Since then, has been in and out of rehab/jail and has not made an effort to visit with the child. NCP is currently incarcerated. It has been over 3 years since any visitation. During this time, the child's schedule has become busy and CP work hours and family obligations have changed as well.
I would like to have the order modified to supervised visitation at my discretion to work out a schedule to prevent conflicts. Is there such a thing in NJ?
