My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Alabama
A 4th grader purposely tripped a girl and two teeth were damaged. She is now a freshman in college. That same area started bothering her and upon dental exam, a low grade infection has been in her upper jaw for 8 years and has done a great deal of damage to the upper jaw bone. She has had to have more work done, a lot more is down the roan to fiz this. The injury is extensive enough to cause her great pain, nose bleeds, loss of time from school -- she may have to redo the semester and possibly loose a full scholarship, not to mention the expense. or is it a case of malpractice?:

Other Injuries: Can Remedy Be Sought for Injury=occurred 8 Years Ago but Damage is Only Now Apparent
