My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
Sorry I've started a new thread, but it is going to be an easy one I believe.
1. In a trial by declaration , does the officer gets my declaration to read and responds to it directly, or he writes his declaration or whatever it is called independently, without reading mine first?
2. If I am to loose is there any reason I would be refused to get a new trial?
3.If I request a new trial, would the officer get to read my declaration, if of course he did not before?
Thank you.
