Establishing Paternity: How to Obtain Deceased Parents DNA

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Florida

My daughters father passed away and he never put his name on the birth certificate and was not a responsible parent to his child. He was murdered and an autopsy was performed so the coroner has his DNA on file. Supposedly he owned property and has some money in a bank account. As her mother, I'm unable to receive any assistance to collect social security benefits for my daughter nor do I know how to go about finding out about all of the money or assets he may have... I think other family members will try to obtain this money, property etc., when it should go to my daughter since she would be considered next of kin or heir to his estate...

1.How can I petition the court to release the DNA for paternity testing or go about getting the DNA from the coroner office to collect social security benefits, property, assets etc., for my daughter?
2. What kind of attorney will I need to check for property he may have owned and/or money, cars, etc., and will the attorney be expensive?

Thanks
