My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Tennessee
Completed a remodel in APR 2015. Had a frameless shower door installed by Genesis Glass of TN. There were issues with install & cut of the glass and they had to reinstall three times. Third time was the charm, we thought. Now almost six months later we have a leak and damage. We have a plumber coming to investigate.
I reached out to Genesis to look at the issue. They don't want to be of help.
Concerned about warranty and work. Thought labor and product should have a year warranty. Am I correct in my thinking? Any suggestions on who else should take a look before contacting Genesis again and considering/proceeding with legal action.
