Business Regulation: Can You Be Trespassed from a LLC That is Open to the Public Without Probable Cause

My question involves business law in the state of: NEVADA



If a LLC detainees you in a holding cell for violating no crimes and then calls the police after the fact to trespass you. What statues can I use to sue said LLC.
