My question involves personal property located in the State of: NV
I have a family member who had another family purchase a vehicle for them as a gift, out right purchased in their name we will call the person bob
The state pink slip/title has the persons name only on it (bob), saying (bob) owns it.
The family is requesting that (bob) hands over the pink slip to them, and surrenders the title.
This is in part of a family trust so (bob) will receive their part of the trust, if not no trust will be issued to them.
The family also wants them to surrender the title over to the family as well. If not they will take this to court.
What can Bob do ?
